Sally Hansen's Tough Cookie is a versatile color that I would wear in the summer, fall, and winter. I think the reasons it would work in fall and winter are pretty obvious, but I say summer because to me this looks gritty, almost sandy. Also, it's a little bit of shimmer with a subdued color, which is nice and understated. The formula was good. This was two coats with a top coat of Seche Vite.
Note about the 100 Followers Giveaway: I'll post the results soon. This post was ready to go, so I thought I'd share it.
